Wedding Menu Tasting – And What We Chose

I want to say it was a Wednesday or Thursday evening, and we couldn’t have been more excited (especially Cody). We got there a little early so we did a quick wine tasting in their tasting room beforehand (because well, to be quite honest, when you’re getting married at a winery/vineyard, you very easily get into the wine tasting lifestyle and its always a treat to celebrate along the way as you plan.)

As we walked into our group tasting in the Wente Vineyards Cresta Blanca Room we were handed champagne at check-in and seated at a table with a menu for the evening, a pencil to take notes with, and other brides and grooms-to-be. We also had a Wente catering/wedding planner seated with us to help guide us through our tasting. We didn’t get a ton of photos because we were too busy trying to decide what we loved enough to serve our guests on our big day. Because they offer so many options, you don’t get to taste every single item, but what we did get to taste, we were blown away with.

Now, I bet you’re all wondering what we ended up going with, right?

I’ve listed everything including the drinks down below. We were completely obsessed with our menu and to this day our guests rave about how amazing the food was. I would definitely recommend Wente Vineyards catering for any special event – you won’t be disappointed.

Cody and I each ordered a different main course and shared, so we both were able to have a little bit of everything.
