Friday Favorites: My Current Top Three Podcasts

About a year ago I got really into podcasts – they’re perfect for killing time in the Bay Area traffic I deal with on a daily basis. And they can be so inspiring! I’ve been trying out a bunch, some business ones, some general motivational ones, but these days my heart is drawing me towards more health, wellness, and spiritual themes. So I’ve narrowed down my top three current favorites for you below. Give them a listen – you might just fall in love.

  1. The Balanced Blonde Soul on Fire
    The Balanced Blonde
Jordan Younger has built an amazing platform for herself in the health and wellness world and I can’t help but love everything she stands for. She’s really true to herself, open and honest with her followers/listeners and she’s getting in touch with her spiritual side which I just find so interesting these days and want to get in touch with for myself. With the guests she has on you can’t help but be inspired to go try something new, look within yourself or take better care of your mind and body after listening to one of her episodes. She’s also got her own amazing site that you should definitely check out here.
  2. Raw Talk with Sheena
    Sheena

Listening to Sheena Mannina and her quite often cohost Amberleigh Carter was the first thing to open my eyes to the Basic Witch way of life and all that spirituality has to offer. Energy healing, pleiadians, taking care of your body and mind – they’ve got it all covered and also have some of the most inspirational and spiritual guests. I can’t help but want to grab my crystals and meditate after listening to an episode of Raw Talk. Sheena also owns a juice bar called Raw Republic in New Orleans that I am dying to check out as soon as I can make a trip out there.
  3. The Elevator: A Podcast Elevating Humans
    The elevator
This one is brand new, but I’ve been following Britt Deanda and Tara Schulenberg for a few months now and I can’t get enough of their high vibe livin’! Their Elevate the Globe movement is so grounding and inspiring and they balance each other out so well it works perfectly. Their guided meditations and programs are incredible – I’ve done their free Raise Your Vibration challenge and absolutely loved it. Their podcast seems like its going to be just as inspiring as the other two – with their first guest being none other than Sheena Mannina! Check this one out, I have a great feeling about it.

I’d love to hear what you think of these lovely ladies and what they have to say – so feel free to comment, and share your favorite podcasts as well so I can check them out too!

Thanks for the tips. I love podcasts as well. My top three faves right now are The Melissa Ambrosini Show, Bulletproof Radio, and the Evan Brand Show. All three are heavy on functional medicine, mind-body connection, and wellness.
