I could not wait to pick out our save the date cards. I knew the look I wanted, we had the best photos to choose from, and this was when the fun really started, right? I looked at several different companies but in the end we decided to go with Minted and they turned out cute and playful just like I wanted.
We fell in love with the Allegro Save the Date Postcard design. We loved that it said “Save Our Date” instead of the usual “Save the Date” and our favorite photo from our engagement shoot fit perfectly. Plus, Minted let us add some photos and a message to our guests on the back of the postcard and had several different layouts to choose from for that.
We bought heart stamps for the envelopes and we even used Shutterfly to create custom return address labels with one of our cheesy save the date photos blurred in the background.
And of course my cat Frankie had to lend a paw.
I loved how the envelopes turned out as well, it all just came together so nicely.
